My favourite picture

My favourite picture? It’s a picture of Van Gogh’s room in Arles. There are lots of things in it like a bed, some chairs and a little table. The picture isn’t dated, so I think it’s very old. It reminds me of my bedroom. I love it because it’s quite  cozy. The colours are fantastic, the walls are blue and the floor is white and green and the chairs are brown. What’s your favourite picture?

Captain Marvel

Carol Danvers is an ex-agent from the from the U.S Air Force. Carol, who can’t remember her life on Earth, is recruited by the Kree people to be part of their army. Being a Skrull enemy, she returns to her home planet to prevent an invasion, but she ends  up discovering the truth about her life with the help of agents Nick Fury and the cat Goose. Captain Marvel is a very funny and thrilling movie!

Celebrating International Women’s Day

The Brazilian women got the vote in 1932. In Brazil, from 513 members of the lower house of parliament, only 72 of them are women. However, Brazil has already had a female head of state: Dilma Rouseff (2011-2016)

Two great achievements of Brazilian women were:

Ÿ the right to vote (Bertha Lutz-1932)

Ÿ the right to be protected from men’s domestic aggression (Maria da Penha)

So women in Brazil haven't achieved the same rights as men, however they have achieved some very expressive things.

Suits

Suits is one of the coolest shows that I ever watched. The basis of this show is a group of lawyers that defend people in many different situations. I think I will like more this show in the future, because if I just watched two episodes I’m thinking that the rest is more interesting. A surprising fact about this show is that Meghan Markle is in it !
